It is understood that all home occupations in existence prior to the adoption date of this chapter are in violation of the zoning ordinance unless the home occupation was granted by temporary use permit or conditional use permit. Those home occupations operating without those specific permits are hereby required to obtain the necessary home occupation license no later than June 30, 2009. (1984 Code § 3-9-16)
