3-3-12: CONTENTS OF LICENSE:

The license shall contain:

   A.   Name of the licensee.

   B.   Name and address of the home occupation.

   C.   The amount of license fee.

   D.   The date of issuance and expiration.

   E.   The property zoning designation.

   F.   Such other information as the city clerk shall determine to be necessary. (1984 Code § 3-9-12)
