The subdivider shall prepare a preliminary plat and such other supplementary material as may be required to indicate to the planning and zoning commission the general objectives of the subdivision. The subdivider shall submit to the city twenty two (22) copies of the preliminary plat to be considered. The subdivider shall also submit one copy of the preliminary plat in an eleven inch by seventeen inch (11" x 17") size. If the warrants defined in section 10-15C-2-7 of this article for a traffic impact study are met with the proposed development, five (5) copies of the completed and signed traffic impact study shall be submitted concurrently with the preliminary plat to the zoning administrator.
