Any person, partnership, firm, LLC, LLP, corporation, company or any other entity which makes any request for any service, any permit, any request for any improvement or for any action from the City which causes the City to incur any engineering and/or legal costs, either for review or for any other reason, shall reimburse the City for those expenses incurred by the City. The City shall be reimbursed for engineering and/or legal costs even if the services have not been requested, agreed to or contracted for by the party requesting the service. Any reference in this Code in regard to engineering expenses shall also include legal expenses. (Ord. 639, 4-9-2018)
