8-1-3: APPLICATIONS FOR WATER AND SEWER HOOKUPS:
No application for a water or sewer hookup shall be made available until a building permit has been issued for a platted lot. All sewer and water hookup permits shall be attached to a specific structure and shall not be sold for speculative purposes. (1984 Code § 7-3D-4; amd. Ord. 676, 11-23-2020)
