1-8-1: CORPORATION ESTABLISHED:
The city hereby creates a public corporation to carry out the purposes of Idaho Code title 50, chapter 27 (the act). This chapter will not be construed to limit or restrict the purposes of the act, but shall be liberally construed to effect such purposes. The name of the public corporation shall be the Fruitland Industrial Development Corporation (the corporation). (1984 Code § 1-10-1)
