A. The use of any city park for special community events shall require approval of the City Council. Requesting use of the park will not prohibit the public from concurrent use of the park facilities. Reservations may be made with the PCRD office for those facilities owned by Payette County recreation district. Facilities owned or controlled by the Fruitland school district may be used only with the prior permission of the school district.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to leave an unextinguished fire or to leave any trash in the nature of boxes, papers, cans, garbage, food, bottles, wrappers or other refuse or waste. All garbage shall be placed in provided garbage or trash receptacles. If no trash receptacles are available, then refuse and trash shall be carried away from the park area.
C. The terms of this section shall apply only to parks located on property owned, operated or controlled by the city. (Ord. 564, 8-26-2013; amd. Ord. 692, 4-11-2022; Ord. 702, 7-24-2023)
