Parks shall be open to the public every day of the year from sunrise to eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. Except as provided herein, persons and vehicles shall be excluded from the parks during the hours of closure. It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to leave a park or to return to a park before sunrise the next day after having been requested to leave by a city or PCRD official, or a Fruitland school district official.
