A. Authority: A police officer, the public works supervisor or his designee, PCRD director or his duly authorized representative, the Fruitland school superintendent, a principal or a designee, shall have the authority to eject from the park any person who violates any portion of this chapter or title. Any person ejected from a park shall leave promptly and peaceably and shall not return to the park for any reason on the same calendar day of his ejection.
B. Unattended Vehicles: Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle unattended in a park and the vehicle is parked in violation of this chapter, such person may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest available garage or place of safety at the cost of the vehicle's owner.
