A. Electronically Amplified Sound: No person shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit the operation of any source of electronically amplified sound on or in any property, public space, or right-of-way, in such a manner that the sound therefrom is:
1. Plainly audible within any place of residence not the source of the sound, or,
2. Plainly audible upon a public right-of-way or street at a distance of one hundred feet (100') or more from the source of such sound. (Ord. 631, 10-23-2017)
