ORDINANCE NO. 707
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FRUITLAND, IDAHO, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 171; SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; ESTABLISHING SEVERABILITY;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRUITLAND, IDAHO;
Section 1. Ordinance No. 171- Fruitland Industrial Development Corp. is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication as required by law.
Section 3. If any portion of this Ordinance should be found to be unconstitutional or unenforceable the remainder or the Ordinance shall be applied to effectuate the purpose of the Ordinance.
