(A) Connection. The utility billing clerk shall assess on the utility bill a connection charge of $30 per valve whenever the customer should request service connection or reconnection to the waterworks.
(B) Disconnection. The utility billing clerk shall assess on the utility bill a disconnect charge of $30 per valve whenever a customer should request disconnection or violate a provision (including nonpayment) of this Title V for which the remedy of disconnection has been chosen by the town.
(C) Payment required. If the reason for disconnection was the non-payment of amounts owed to the Water Department, the town may refuse to reconnect service until all amounts owed, including the (dis)connection charges, have been paid in full.
