§ 151.06 ALTERNATIVE STATUTORY PROCEDURE AND REMEDIES.
   (A)   The remedies provided by §§ 151.01 through 151.06 (this section) shall be in addition to any other remedies available to the town by the town code, administrative regulation or state or federal statute.
   (B)   (1)   Without limiting the generality of division (A) above, the town shall also have remedies as are set forth in I.C. 36-7-9 which is adopted by reference pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-3.
      (2)   When exercising any remedy provided in the chapter the Town Zoning Inspector is designated as the administrative officer, the procedural provisions of the chapter are to be followed and applied, and the term SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST is to have the definition set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
      (3)   The provisions of this section are in addition to any regulatory powers and provisions which the town has by virtue of §§ 151.01 through this section and I.C. 36-8-2-4.
