(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
(a) Whoever violates Section 1060.03(b) shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 1060.08(a) by collecting waste, as defined in this chapter, without a license, shall be subject to a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) per occurrence.
(c) In addition to the penalties provided in this section, the City shall be entitled to costs and reasonable attorney fees.
