Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1020.03, 1020.10 or 1020.11 shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation, if the fine is paid within five days from the issuance of the ticket, and, if not paid within five days, then not less than forty dollars ($40.00) nor more than four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each such violation.
