§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 32.48 shall be guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor as provided by statute and the town code.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 32.46 is guilty of a petty offense with a penalty as stated in § 130.99(B).
