(A) No person shall use a fire hydrant for any purpose, other than the following authorized persons:
(1) Fire Department personnel in the normal discharge of their duties;
(2) Public Works personnel in the normal discharge of their duties; and
(3) Any person that has entered into a written agreement with the town that includes the use of fire hydrants.
(B) Persons that have an agreement with the town for use of the bulk water standpipe shall not use fire hydrants.
