(A) The approval or conditional approval by the Council of any revised preliminary plat shall annul all previous approvals thereof, but shall not be construed as extending the time within which the final plat shall be filed.
(B) Any revised preliminary plat shall comply with the requirements in effect at the time the revised plat is considered. The revised plat shall show all of the information as required in §§ 152.022 through 152.024 insofar as any changes that may have been made on the plat.
