§ 152.022 FORM OF PRELIMINARY PLAT.
   Every preliminary plat filed with the Council shall be clearly and legibly drawn. The size of the sheet shall be 24 inches by 36 inches long. The scale of the map shall be one inch equals 200 feet or larger.
