Reports, plans and written statements on the following matters shall accompany the preliminary plat when required by the Council or its designee:
(A) Subdivision development plan (general plan);
(B) Type of street improvements;
(C) Protective covenants to be recorded, if any. If a condominium, the conditions, covenants and restrictions together with by-laws;
(D) The relative proportions of the total area of the subdivision proposed to be devoted to each use classification as a percentage of the total area;
(E) Other improvements proposed to be made or installed; and
(F) Justification and reasons for any exceptions to the provisions of these regulations.
