§ 114.02 UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE WITHOUT CERTIFICATE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab upon or over the streets of the town without first having applied for and secured from the Board a certificate of convenience and necessity as hereinafter set forth.
