§ 95.23 PRIVATE TELEPHONES REGULATED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or per sons to install on any property owned by the town a telephone for private use without the written permission of the town.
   (B)   The purpose of this section is to assure the general public a free use of the town's streets and sidewalks by eliminating private telephones installed so as to congest pedestrian traffic on sidewalks or vehicle traffic on streets.
