§ 95.22 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES.
   No person, firm or corporation shall maintain any tent, booth, telephone or temporary structure of any sort whatsoever on any of the streets, squares, alleys or other public places in the town without the express permission in writing of the town, which permission shall be signed by the Manager and countersigned by the Chief of Police, and no permission shall be granted except for a temporary and special purpose. Each day or part of day that the tent, booth, telephone or other structure shall be maintained shall constitute a new, separate and distinct offense within the contemplation hereof.
