§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If the cable operator fails to comply with a rate decision or refund order, the cable operator shall be subject to a fine of $500 for each day the cable operator fails to comply.
