(A) Each day an offense. Every day that a violation of any provision of this code of ordinances continues constitutes a separate offense.
(B) Confinement. When a person shall be confined in the county jail under a judgment of the city police court for failing to pay a fine or cost assessed in the court, he or she shall be allowed the sum of $2 credited on his or her fine, and costs for each day he or she is confined in jail.
(C) Jury trial. In all prosecutions under any ordinance where the fine may exceed $20, the person charged shall be entitled to a jury.
