§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violation of §§ 71.01 to 71.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor and is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a time not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding $300, or by both. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
   (C)   Violation of any provision of §§ 71.20 to 71.23 shall be a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by fine not exceeding $300, or incarceration in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and incarceration.
   (D)   Violations of § 71.35 shall be punishable by the imposition of a fine in the sum not to exceed $300 or by being sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
