(A) The County Road Superintendent, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized to place signs, construct berms, or otherwise barricade the roads to notify the public of closure pursuant to this subchapter; provided, however, that lack of signs or other barricades shall not entitle any person to violate this subchapter.
(B) Removal of the above-described signs, berms, or barricades is prohibited.
