§ 71.20 PURPOSE AND POLICY.

   It is hereby declared to be the purpose and public policy of the county:

   (A)   To promote the safety and well-being of family campers, including small children;

   (B)   To protect adjoining property owners from unauthorized intrusions upon their land;

   (C)   To protect from and prevent erosion; to protect roadways and borrowpits;

   (D)   To protect vegetation thereon; and

   (E)   To promote peace and quiet for campers, fishermen, and other recreational users.
