890.01   MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS RESTRICTED.
   Pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act, the Village completely prohibits marihuana establishments, as defined in the Act, within the Village’s municipal boundaries.

890.99   PENALTY.
   All violations of this chapter shall be municipal civil infractions and upon a determination of responsibility therefor shall be punishable by a civil fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
