1610.03 PUBLICATION.

The Clerk of the Village of Franklin shall publish this chapter in the manner required by law and shall at the same time publish a supplementary notice setting forth the purpose of the International Fire Code and the fact that complete copies of such Code are available at the office of the Clerk for inspection by the public at all times.
