208.10. SETTING OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL.

Upon the filing of an assessment roll, as provided in Section 208.09, the Council shall by resolution fix the time and place of a hearing when it will meet and review such roll, which hearing shall be held not less than ten days after notice thereof has been given as provided in Section 208.06.
