It shall be the duty of the Frankfort Building Inspector to administer and enforce this subchapter as specified in § 155.125. No material change shall be made in the use of land, no structure shall be erected, altered or otherwise established in any zone hereby created unless a permit shall have been applied for and granted by the Building Inspector. Prior to issuance of the permit, the Airport Authority shall be notified on a form approved by the Plan Commission and Airport Authority.
