§ 155.071  ENCLOSED AND OPEN INDUSTRIAL USES.
   (A)   An Enclosed Industrial Use is one which is conducted entirely within enclosed buildings of any size, provided they meet the yard requirements and conform to the standards in §§ 155.072 through 155.081.
   (B)   An Open Industrial Use is one which requires both buildings and open area for manufacturing, fabricating, processing, extraction, heavy repairing, dismantling, storage, or disposal of equipment, raw materials, manufactured products or wastes; and land or buildings in districts permitting an Open Industrial Use.  It shall be used so as to comply to the standards in §§ 155.072 through 155.081.
