(A) Chimneys, cooling towers, elevator bulkheads, fire towers, penthouses, tanks, water towers, distribution poles and lines, transmission towers, or essential mechanical appurtenances, may be erected to any height not prohibited by other laws and ordinances.
(B) The maximum height requirements, as specified in § 5 of Appendix A at the end of this chapter, may be increased if the portion of the building above the maximum height requirement is set back from the building line one foot for each two feet of additional height.
