§ 153.52  CONSTRUCTION CONTROL.
   (A)   The public improvements required in all subdivisions shall be constructed in accordance with city standard plans and specifications for public improvements.
   (B)   Construction, inspection, and testing shall all be performed under the direction of the City Engineer or a qualified engineer or engineers or inspection and testing laboratories as selected by him, with the approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The inspecting agency shall submit daily reports to the City Engineer on forms approved or furnished by him certifying compliance of all construction performed with city standard plans and specifications for public improvements.
   (C)   The city shall pay the expenses of the inspection and the subdivider or property owner shall reimburse the city for such expenses incurred within 30 days after the final bill therefore is submitted to the city.  Payment shall be made to the City Clerk-Treasurer, to the credit of the General Fund of the city.
