(A) Curbs and gutters shall be constructed by the subdivider on both sides of all streets, provided, however, that the requirements of curb and gutter may be waived at the discretion of the City Plan Commission.
(B) Curbs shall be constructed as one of the standard curbs as designated in the Indiana State Highway Commission standards for curb, or as indicated in § 1 in Appendix A following this chapter. Rolled curb may be constructed monolithically with the pavement. Curbs shall be constructed to meet the requirements in their respective section, in the latest edition of the Indiana State Highway Commission Standard Specifications.
