The Frankfort Common Council has adopted a retirement plan known as the Municipal Electric and Water Utilities Employees’ Retirement Fund, herein called “Plan,” effective January 1, 2001, the Plan is to be a continuation and complete restatement of the Plan created by City Ordinance known as the
same, which was originally effective January 1, 1947. In accordance with the provisions of the Plan, the funds of the Plan are to continue to be held in trust under a Trust Agreement.
