§ 35.07 OLD-AGE AND SURVIVOR'S INSURANCE FOR UTILITY EMPLOYEES.

   The governing body of the city hereby elects coverage for the light and water utility employees only, under the Old-Age and Survivors' Insurance provided by I.C. 5-10.1-2-1 et seq. and all acts amendatory and supplementary thereto.
