DRIVE-IN RESTAURANT. Any establishment selling foods, frozen desserts, or beverages to consumers, the establishment being designed, intended, or used for the consumption of such items on the premises outside of the building in which they are prepared.
PRIVATE PARKING AREA. Any parking lot constructed or maintained by any church, business establishment, or city agency designed for the purpose of parking any vehicle while conducting business with the establishment.
