§ 111.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner of a public carrier or taxicab not licensed or equipped in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or a public carrier or taxicab, the license of which has been revoked or whose license at the time has been  suspended, who operates the same as a taxicab as defined in § 111.01, or attempts to do so, or who solicits passengers for hire in this city, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, and any license issued to him shall be revoked.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter for which no punishment is specifically provided, shall be punished, upon conviction, with a fine not less than $10 nor more than $500.

   (C)   Any person convicted of violating § 111.20 shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100.  ('75 Code, §  19.15)  (Ord. 118, passed 9-16-26)
