(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association, or organization to engage in business as a hawker, peddler, or solicitor, as defined in § 110.01 without first having obtained a license to do so under the provisions of this chapter. ('75 Code, § 17.03)
(B) The licensing provisions of this chapter shall not apply to sales to dealers from commercial travelers nor the sales of farm and dairy products produced in the county. ('75 Code, § 17.09)
