Any person, firm, or corporation being issued a moving permit shall pay, and the bond executed under § 97.27 shall also be liable for the payment of all damages, repairs, and expenses of any person, firm, or corporation occasioned by the moving of the house or structure, and shall also save the city harmless from all damages and expenses occasioned by the moving.
