(A) Upon the recommendation of the City Engineer and City Street Commissioner, the Board of Public Works and Safety shall consider the matter, and if they deem it advisable to have the structure so moved they shall fix the amount of the bond deemed necessay and enter an order directing the Clerk- Treasurer to issue a house moving permit. (B) The person, firm, or corporation desiring to move the house or structure shall execute and deliver to the Clerk-Treasurer a good and sufficient bond in the sum so fixed by the Board of Public Works and Safety, and conditioned that the person, firm, or corporation will pay all damage occasioned by the city or any other person by reason of the moving of the house or structure.
