§ 96.06  LOUD, UNNECESSARY, OR UNUSUAL NOISE.
   The making or continuing, or the causing or aiding to be made or continued, of any loud, unnecessary, or unusual noises which either annoy, injure, or endanger the comfort, repose, health, or safety of others, unless the making or continuing of the noise is justified or necessary to protect life or property, shall constitute a public nuisance and shall be unlawful as such.
