§ 92.02  AUTHORITY OF STATE CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION.
   The city designates the State Civil Rights Commission as the agency appropriated to implement the purposes and objectives of I.C. 22-9-1-1 et seq. and to enforce the provisions thereof.
