It is the public policy of the city to support and encourage equal education and employment opportunities, equal access to and use of all public conveniences and accommodations, and equal opportunity for acquisition of real property in accordance with the state civil rights law as set out in I.C. 22-9-1-1 et seq., a copy of which is on file for public inspection in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
