§ 90.35  RUNNING AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, being the owner or owners, or having the care, custody or control of any cow, calf, heifer, bull, or bullock; any hog, boar, sow, barrow, or pig; any horse, mare, mule, or jackass; or any goat, sheep, or lamb; or any animal of any of these species to suffer or permit the animal to run at large or be at large on any of the streets, alleys, lands, or public grounds or unenclosed grounds within the corporate limits of the city.
