§ 75.10  AUTOMATIC SIGNALS.
   (A)   Whenever any railroad running into or through the city is ordered by a city ordinance to maintain any flashing light signals or a crossing watchman at any street crossing in the city, the railroad may install an automatic signal at the crossing.
   (B)   Any automatic signal erected by any railroad need not give warning of the approach of any motor car on the railroad, provided that the person or persons operating the motor car shall keep the car under control at all times, and grant the right-of-way to any vehicular or pedestrian traffic crossing the railroad at all street crossings in the city.
