§ 75.03  INTERFERENCE WITH RAILROAD EQUIPMENT.
   Any person who is not a railroad employee, who shall unlock or break any lock, padlock, or any other fastening whereby any car, hand car, or switch is fastened; change or turn any switch; or in any manner place obstructions on any railroad track within the corporate limits of the city, shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section.
