§ 74.30  LAMPS, LIGHTS, AND REFLECTORS.
   Every bicycle, when in use between dusk and dawn, shall be equipped with either a lamp or light on the front end which emits a white light visible for a distance of at least 500 feet, and with a red reflector on the rear of the bicycle which shall be visible for a distance of at least 500 feet.
